Succor is operated by Attimo Labs LLC. This policy covers the information Succor keeps and how it is used.
What we keep
For supporters: your name, email address, and anything you choose to give on your circle page, such as a phone number, your time zone, what you'd like to hear about, and help you can offer. We keep the notes, emails and texts you send to the circle, and a record of the messages we send you. If you agree to texts, we keep your mobile number and when and how you agreed.
For the person at the center of a circle: the updates she writes, the requests she makes, and the dates and notes she adds. Her sign-in email is stored only in scrambled form.
How it is used
Only to run the circle: delivering updates, asking for and arranging help, passing notes along, and reminding people of help they've agreed to. Some text is processed by an AI service to sort incoming notes and to suggest requests; it is not used to train AI models.
Who sees it
The person at the center of the circle, and anyone she asks to help her run it, within the limits she sets. Other supporters see your name and contact details only if you choose to be visible to the circle.
We use service providers to run Succor: hosting, a database, sign-in, email delivery and text message delivery. They handle information only to provide those services.
Mobile numbers and texting consent are not sold, and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell any personal information.
Your choices
You can change what you receive, stop texts, take a break, or ask to be removed from a circle at any time from your circle page or by replying to any message. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
