Succor

Terms and conditions

Effective October 5, 2026

Succor is operated by Attimo Labs LLC. By using Succor you agree to these terms.

What Succor is

Succor helps a person going through a health event share updates with the people supporting her, receive their notes, and ask for practical help. Each circle is private and by invitation only.

Not for emergencies, and not medical advice

Succor is not monitored and is not an emergency service. If someone needs urgent help, call 911 or their doctor. Nothing in Succor, including research summaries and suggested requests, is medical advice.

AI features

Succor uses AI to sort incoming notes, summarize research, read dates from updates and suggest requests for help. AI can make mistakes. Check anything that matters before relying on it.

Help between people

Succor passes requests for help to people who offered it. Attimo Labs does not screen, employ or vouch for anyone in a circle. Rides, meals, visits and other help are arranged between the people involved, who are responsible for them.

Accounts and circles

You must be 18 or older and in the United States or Canada to use Succor. The person at the center of a circle decides who belongs to it and can remove anyone. Keep your sign-in to yourself.

Privacy within a circle

What is shared in a circle is private. Don't share it with people outside the circle. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and how it is used.

Acceptable use

Don't use Succor to harass anyone, send anything unlawful, or try to reach information you weren't given. We may remove access that is misused.

Texts

Supporters who agree receive text messages from Succor: requests for practical help (answered by replying Y or N), reminders for help they have agreed to give, a short note with a link when the person they support sends an update, and replies to texts they send. A person may also receive one text inviting them to join a circle, if the person who invited them confirms they agreed to it.

You agree to texts by ticking the "Text me" box on your circle page and giving your mobile number. The box is never ticked for you, and agreeing is not required to join a circle. We send a text to confirm.

Message frequency varies with how often help is needed and updates are sent. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. We'll confirm, and send nothing more unless you reply START or tick the box again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@circle.attimolabs.com. You can also turn texts off on your circle page at any time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

No warranty

Succor is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available, that every message will be delivered, or that it is free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Attimo Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Succor, including help that was not arranged or messages that did not arrive.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. You can stop using Succor at any time. We may end access to Succor or to a circle.
